2014 Punjabi super hit 3D animated film, Chaar Sahibzaade released the teaser and title track of the film in Delhi today. The film titled Chaar Sahibzaade – Rise of Banda Singh Bahadur, directed once again by Harry Baweja, is the story of the legendary larger-than-life superhero, Banda Bahadur.

The teaser of the film was unveiled followed by an audio launch titled “Bande Da” in Delhi, by the President of DSGMC (Delhi Sikh Gurudwara Managing Committee), S. Manjit Singh GK in presence of other members of DSGMC and Sardar Paramjit Singh ji Khalsa, (ISF) along with Producer Pammi Baweja and Director Harry Baweja.


Buoyed by the critical acclaim and success of Chaar Sahibzaade, the makers are taking the sequel to the next level with animation and 3D by media services powerhouse Prime Focus, whose recent work includes Hollywood blockbusters like Captain America: Civil War, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, X-Men: Apocalypse and The Legend of Tarzan, and Bollywood successes such as Housefull 3, Baaghi, Fan, Sarbjit, Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Prem Ratan Dhan Payo. Prime Focus’ work on Chaar Sahibzaade will be supervised by its London-based animation team.

The song speaks how Banda has set out to do the good deeds with the blessing of His Guru and has taken the onus of safeguarding and uplifting the tormented and with lightning speed crush the cruel rulers with his double edged sword (khandda).


The film will be released in Punjabi, Hindi and English all over on 11th November.
